These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all offers made by Karyn Millet Fine Art Photography at shopkarynmillet.com, all orders placed by you and all agreements concluded between us in relation to the products and services offered on this website.

Return Rights

Each piece of fine art or photography from Karyn Millet Fine Art Photography is crafted uniquely upon order. Due to their bespoke nature, all sales are final with no returns or exchanges. However, if your print happens to arrive damaged, please document the issues with photos and promptly email us at support@shopkarynmillet.com. Please include in the body of the email: your order number, the shipping ID or item number, a brief description of the damage.

We will assess the situation and respond to your inquiry as soon as possible. Your request will be processed within 7 days and you will receive an email letting you know your replacement is under production and a return shipping label for the damaged product. To return your item(s) please pack them in the original box.

To ensure a prompt resolution, it’s essential to contact us within a week of receiving your order. Beyond this period, we may not be accountable for damages incurred during delivery.

Acceptance of Order

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. In such event your sole recourse shall be the return of amounts paid by you related to such order (if any).

U.S. Sales Tax

Items shipped to destinations in the state of California are subject to tax. Your purchase is not exempt from sales tax in other states merely because it is made over the Internet, by catalog, or by other remote means.

E.U. VAT Tax

Prices in the E.U. are displayed inclusive of any applicable VAT.

Disclaimer

We are not liable for any financial damage (including but not limited to the cost of any replacement purchase) that may occur because of non-timely arrival or any lack of availability or conformity of the product.

Applicable Law

The offers by Shop Karyn Millet, your orders, and the agreements between us for the delivery of our services and products are subject to the laws of the State of California. The state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California will have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute between us in relation to our products or services.

Modification And Severability

We reserve the right to make changes to our website, our policies, our Terms of Use and these Terms of Sale at any time and in our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review our policies, terms and conditions each time you visit the website. General Use Restrictions.

Shop Karyn Millet PRINTS provides content and services through this Site. Certain information, documents, products and services provided on and through this Site, including content, logos, graphics and images (together, the “Materials”) that are not Submissions (as defined below) are provided to you by Shop Karyn Millet and are the copyrighted and/or trademarked work of Shop Karyn Millet or Shop Karyn Millet’s contributors. Shop Karyn Millet grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use and to display and to make one copy of the Materials and to use the services, this Site is solely for your personal use. Except for the license set forth in the preceding sentence above, you acknowledge and agree that you have no right to modify, edit, copy, reproduce, create derivative works of, reverse engineer, alter, enhance or in any way exploit any of the Materials in any manner. This limited license terminates automatically, without notice to you, if you breach any of these Terms. Upon termination of these limited licenses, you agree to immediately destroy any downloaded or printed Materials. Password Restricted Areas of this Site.

You may need a password to login to certain pages of this Site and to use certain functions and areas within this Site. Purchases.

If applicable, you agree to pay all fees or charges to your account based on Shop Karyn Millet’s fees, charges, and billing terms in effect as shown on the Site when making a purchase. You are responsible for paying any taxes that may apply. If you do not pay on time or if Shop Karyn Millet cannot charge your credit card, PayPal or other payment method for any reason, Shop Karyn Millet reserves the right to either suspend or terminate your access to the Site and account and terminate these Terms. You are expressly agreeing that Shop Karyn Millet is permitted to bill you for the applicable fees, any applicable tax and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of this Site and the fees will be billed to your credit card, PayPal or other payment method designated on your initial registration with this Site, and thereafter at regular intervals for the remainder of the term of these Terms. If you cancel your account at any time, you will not receive any refund. If you have a balance due on any account, you agree that Shop Karyn Millet may charge such unpaid fees to your credit card or otherwise bill you for such unpaid fees.

By using the Site and/or the services provided on or through the Site, you consent to receiving electronic communications from Shop Karyn Millet. The MBR mobile message service (the “Service”) is operated by MBR (“Shop Karyn Millet”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to MBR’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Shop Karyn Millet through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with MBR. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18772872924 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You’ll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Shop Karyn Millet mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.
