Can I order a black & white print of color image?
Not all images will retain their same artistic impact when converted to black & white. This would be addressed on a case-by-case basis and considered a custom print. To inquire, please contact us.

PROCESSING TIME
Coupled with our goal to deliver your art as swiftly as possible and our commitment to quality, each piece is custom-crafted upon order and hand-signed by the artist. Prints are typically prepared and dispatched within 2-3 weeks and framed prints within 3-4 weeks.
SHIPPING TIME
Selecting expedited shipping methods will speed up standard delivery after the process to produce your custom-printed art. Once your art is ready, an email with tracking information will ensure you can follow its journey to your doorstep.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS
Please remember the listed prices don’t include potential import duties, taxes, or other charges related to customs. These additional costs are your responsibility. To avoid surprises, please consult with your local customs office to understand any added fees before purchasing.

What if my print arrives damaged?
If your print happens to arrived damaged, please document the issues with photos and promptly email us at support@shopkarynmillet.com. Please include in the body of the email: your order number, the shipping ID or item number, a brief description of the damage.
We will assess the situation and respond to your inquiry as soon as possible. Your request will be processed within 7 days and you will receive an email letting you know your replacement is under production and a return shipping label for the damaged product. To return your item(s) please pack them in the original box.
To ensure a prompt resolution, it’s essential to contact us within a week of receiving your order. Beyond this period, we may not be accountable for damages incurred during delivery.
How are the prints made?
Karyn Millet Fine Art Photography images are carefully scanned from the original film, prints or artifacts employing techniques developed in-house at DigitalFusion. These images are then enlarged and digitally remastered and printed on archival fine art paper for its ability to create a durable and bright color palette. It not only looks great, but is fade resistant for 200 years.

NOTE: Product images are printed the sizes specified (e.g. 18×12, 36×24 40×27, 60×40, etc.) plus an additional minimum 1″ white border for framing. Canvas wraps employ a mirrored edge.
How do I frame my art?
About Our Framing
A quality frame starts with quality wood. All of our moldings are created from beautiful hardwood imported from Italy. They are hand-painted and assembled on-site by our expert craftsmen.
We only use the best components for each frame like real wood glue and V-nail joinery to make a perfect frame that is sure to last generations.

To ensure the enduring beauty of your inkjet prints and framed pieces, please follow these specialized care instructions:
HANDLING AND HANGING
- Handle your framed artwork with a gentle touch, safeguarding both the artwork and its frame from any potential damage.
- When hanging your framed print, distribute the weight evenly to avoid excessive strain on the hanging hardware.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
- For framed prints featuring plexiglass, utilize a mild glass cleaner sparingly to clean the surface. Apply the cleaner onto a soft, lint-free cloth and delicately wipe the plexiglass.
- Avoid direct application of cleaning solution onto the artwork; always apply it onto the cloth prior to cleaning.
- Routinely dust the hardwood moulding using a soft, lint-free cloth to maintain its pristine appearance.
GENERAL CARE TIPS
- Shield your framed prints from direct sunlight or areas prone to high humidity to prevent fading and moisture-related damage.
- During transportation or storage, exercise caution to prevent prints from bending or kinking. Handle them with care while unrolling and transporting.
- Do not place anything on the surface of the art before framing, as the delicate surface may be prone to damage.
- Avoid any spills or spraying of liquids directly onto the surface of the print, as it may compromise the integrity of the artwork.
